THE PROCESS

Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who meet the job criteria.
Conduct preliminary screenings, phone interviews, or video interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and fit with the role and organization.
Evaluate candidates’ communication skills, professionalism, and cultural alignment with the client organization.
Coordinate interviews between shortlisted candidates and clients, either in-person, via video conference, or phone.
Provide guidance and support to both candidates and clients throughout the interview process.
Conduct skill assessment psychometric tests, or other evaluations as requested by clients.
Assist the candidate with the onboarding process, including paperwork, orientation, and introduction to key team members.
Follow up with both clients and candidates after placement to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns and issues that may arise
